Trough which action or study can you express yourself: Mentally: Psychology, philosophy, business, economics, science, etc. Action: Yoga, dance, gymnastics or sports. Voice: Sharing thoughts and feelings with others, podcasting, seminars. Other forms of expressions: Through humor, music, religion, art, home and garden, fashion and beauty, or new age spiritual practices.

It allows you to authentically express your thoughts, emotions, and creativity, which can lead to a greater sense of fulfillment and personal satisfaction.
